Born on October 4, 1984 in the village of Kogam, Otrar District of South Kazakhstan region. Nationality-Kazakh. In 1990, he went to the 1st grade of the secondary school "Kogam" in the village of Kogam, Otrar District of South Kazakhstan region, and in 2001 he graduated from the 11-year school with a certificate "with honors". From 2001 to 2004, he graduated from the State College "Turkestan humanitarian and technical" in Turkestan, South Kazakhstan region with a degree in primary school education. Since 2010, he started his career as a laboratory assistant at the Department of "Jurisprudence" at the Academic Innovation University.

In 2010, he entered the Academic Innovation University of Shymkent, South Kazakhstan region, majoring in "pedagogy and methods of Primary Education", and in 2013 he received an academic degree of Bachelor of Education. From 2013 to 2015, he studied at the regional social and innovative university in the specialty 6m030100-jurisprudence and received the academic degree of "Master of law". From 2015 to 2018, he worked as a master and teacher at the Department of "jurisprudence" of the regional social and innovative university.
