He was born in Turkestan in 1973 on may 23. The nationality is kazakh. A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 1981, he entered the 1st grade of N.A. Nekrasov high school No. 9 in Turkestan and graduated from the same school with a silver medal in 1991. In 1993, he entered the Historical and philological faculty of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Khoja Ahmed Yasawi in Turkestan and on June 14, 1997 graduated from the Khoja Ahmed Yasawi IKTU with honours in the specialty historian, history teacher.

On July 17, 1997, he was accepted as a history teacher at the Kainar university in Shymkent, during the academic year he held the position of deputy dean. Since September 1, 2000, senior lecturer and deputy head of the department of "History of Kazakhstan" of the Shymkent department of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A. Yasavi. In the 2001-2006 academic year, deputy dean for educational work of the Historical faculty of the Shymkent institute of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H. A. Yasavi.

On September 12, 2007, he successfully defended his scientific dissertation at the Kazakh National pedagogical university named after Abai in Almaty on the topic "The history of land relations in Southern Kazakhstan at the end of the XIX- first quarter of the XX century." On February 27, 2008, he was awarded the degree of candidate of historical sciences.

In the 2007-2010 academic year, he worked as an acting associate professor of the department of Cultural studies, social work and museum management at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan state university, chairman of the trade union of the faculty of Pedagogy andculture. In the 2010-2019 academic year, he worked as an acting associate professor, deputy head of the department of "History of Kazakhstan" of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy. In the 2019-2020 academic year, Dean of the faculty of Pedagogy and art of the Regional socio-innovative university. From 2020 to 2024 academic year, he worked as a senior lecturer at the department of "History of Kazakhstan and general educational disciplines" of Shymkent University.

18 tutorials, 27 teaching aids, and more than 60 scientific articles have been published.
