Born on November 5, 1969, graduated from high school in 1987, studied in the 1st grade at the Gaparin secondary school of the Karauzak district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan in 1977, was drafted into the army on December 17, 1987, returned from the army in 1989, worked in various ways from 1990 to 1994, worked in the body in 1994, worked in freedmen dismissed.

In 2001, he moved from the Republic of Kazakhstan to the city of Shymkent. He worked as an inspector at the South Kazakhstan Open University. He was dismissed from his post due to the end of his employment contract in 2007.

In 2007, he was accepted as a dean at the KhSTU University. In 2010, he was hired as the director of the South Kazakhstan College "Themis". In 2011, he was hired by the Academic Innovation University as an electrical engineer. In 2020, he was hired by Shymkent University as the head of the economic department.
