She was born on December 12, 1961 in the Suzak district of South Kazakhstan region in a family of workers. Kazakh by nationality, a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 1968, she entered the Panfilov secondary school of the Karatau State Farm in the Suzak district, from which she graduated in 1978.

From 1978 to 1982, she worked as a secretary in the office of the Karatau State Farm.

In 1982, she entered the Arkalyk Medical School, from which she graduated in 1985 with a degree in obstetrics.

From 1985 to 1999, she worked in the Sary-trey perzentkhan in her specialty.

In 1999, she worked in the surgical office at the polyclinic No. 4 in Shymkent.

From 2000 to 2005, she worked as the head nurse at the Center for the Health of Students and Adolescents.

From 2005 to 2017, she worked as a senior nurse at the Central Polyclinic in Shymkent.

Since 2017, she has worked as a nurse at the International University of Humanities and Technology, and since 2020 - at Shymkent University.
