Born on August 15, 1978 in the village of Akmeshit, Baidibek district, South Kazakhstan region. From 1986 to 1996, he graduated with honors from the secondary school named after K. Spatayev in the village of Akmeshit, Baidibek district, South Kazakhstan region.

From 1996 to 2000, he studied at the Shymkent branch of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A. Yasawi, specializing in Political Science, received the qualification of a political scientist and teacher of political science. From 2002 to 2005, he studied in the master's program of the Shymkent Institute of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A. Yasawi, specializing in Political Science, receiving an academic master's degree in political science.

He began his career in 2001 as a teacher in the Department of Social Sciences of the South Kazakhstan University in Shymkent. From 2002 to 2005, he was a lecturer in the Department of Political Science at the Shymkent Institute of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A. Yasawi, from 2005 to 2006, he was the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of History for educational work at the Shymkent Institute of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A. Yasawi, from 2006 to 2007 he worked as an assistant to the director of the Shymkent Institute of the International Kazakh-Turkish University, from 2007-2008 as an assistant to the president of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A. Yasawi. From 2008 to 2012, he worked as a senior lecturer, head of department at the Academic Innovation University, from 2012 to 2018 - senior lecturer, chief specialist of the educational department at the Regional Social and Innovative University, from 2018 to 2019 - head of the educational department at the International Humanitarian and Technical University, from 2019 to 2020 - chief specialist of the academic service department at the Regional Social and Innovative University.

From 2020 to 2024, he held the position of chief specialist of the Department of Academic Affairs of Shymkent University, deputy director for educational, methodological and innovative work.
