"AIU Regional Innovative University" - Founded in 2001 as the Atyrau Engineering and Humanitarian Institute (Certificate of state registration No. 3853-1915-U-e dated March 19, 2001) successfully carries out educational activities on the basis of a state license (KZ57LAA00004704 dated April 28, 2015, issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
State certification and accreditation. The Institute passed state certification for compliance with licensing requirements in 2005, 2010, 2015.
In 2018, the independent agency ARQA (registration No. HE-IA-00005) for accreditation and examination of the quality of education, the institute passed institutional and specialized accreditation and was accredited for 5 years. 10 educational programs are accredited: 5B060200 Computer Science, 5B070200 Automation and Control, 5B070800 Oil and Gas Engineering, 5B071900 Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications,
