About the Department/Office The HR Department is a structural unit of the university. The main activity is working with employees, demanding official duties, rights, and responsibilities. Organization and coordination of work in the areas of personnel policy, document management, improvement of the quality of activities and improvement of internal processes.
Mission and Key Responsibilities Mission: To improve the efficiency of university operations and provide high-quality administrative support. Key responsibilities:
• planning and organizing the department’s work • handling internal documentation • coordinating processes within the department’s competence • collaborating with other university units
Main Areas of Activity • Develops orders for the admission and transfer of employees, depending on the specialties and professions received • Selects and submits personnel to the management based on the qualifications, personal and business qualities of employees. • Implements measures to strengthen labor discipline in university structures, controls the reduction of staff turnover, working time costs, and their implementation. • Coordinates and provides methodological guidance to the specialists of the structural divisions and the personnel management department, monitors the execution by the heads of the structures of legislative acts, Government resolutions, orders and orders of the head of the university on personnel policy and the work of employees.
