What to do in an emergency

An emergency situation (ES) is a life-threatening situation that occurs as a result of a catastrophe, industrial accident, terrorist attack, military operation or natural disaster, such as an earthquake or avalanche. To protect people from danger, such services as the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Civil Defense Headquarters have been created. If danger arises, it is necessary to notify special services and call for help.
