Katkenova Tamara Eleusizovna is the head of the House of students.
She was born in 1965 in the village of Zhenis, Ordabasinsky district of the third star of May. In 1972, she graduated from Sputnik High School in 1982.
In 1983, he entered the Shymkent Energy College with a degree in thermal engineering equipment of industrial enterprises, and graduated in 1986.
