    Head of Information Technology Department

    Arman Bekbolatuly was born on September 17, 1984 in Shymkent. In 2001, he graduated from Lyceum No. 7 named after Karsybay Sypatayev, from 2001 to 2006 he studied at the K.A. Yasavi University, specializing in Computer Science. In 2008-2010, he studied at the Academic Innovation University, specializing in public and local government. In 2020, he entered the master's program at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University, which he graduated with in 2022. He began his career in 2006 as a teacher in the Department of Computer Science and Software at the South Kazakhstan Polytechnic College. From 2013 to 2017, he held the position of head of the Department of Radio Electronics and Communications at the South Kazakhstan Polytechnic College. In 2017-2018, he held the position of the head of the Computer Center of the Regional Social and Innovative University. In 2018-2019, he held the position of the head of the Center for Communication Technologies of the International Humanitarian and Technical University. In 2019-2020, he held the position of the head of the information technology department of the Regional Social and Innovative University. In 2020-2024, he held the position of the head of the department of the Center for Information and Communication Technologies of Shymkent University.

    A. Bekbolatuly is fluent in Russian, Turkish and English.
