She was born on March 29, 1964 in the village of Bogen. In 1981, she graduated from secondary school No. 29 in the Telman department of the Bugunsky district named after V. I. Lenin.

 In 1981-1985 he graduated from the Shymkent Institute of Culture named after Al-Farabi with a degree in librarian. In 1985, in the direction of library science, he was employed as a librarian in the library of the M. Auezov Pedagogical Institute.

In 2010, she was accepted as a librarian at the Academic Innovation University. In 2012, he was appointed head of the library of the Regional Socio-Innovative University, in 2013 he was transferred to the position of librarian. In 2018, she transferred to the University of KHSTU as a librarian. In 2020, she was transferred to Shymkent University as a librarian.
