About the Department/Office TheLibrary Department/Office is a structural unit of the university. The main activities of the department include organizing and coordinating work related to reader services, maintaining document management, improving the quality of services, and enhancing internal processes.
Mission and Key Responsibilities Mission: To improve the efficiency of university operations and provide high-quality administrative support.

Main Areas of Activity • Preservation of the AIU library collection and provision of educational literature according to the taught disciplines and specialties • Accounting of the library collection,verification and acceptance of incoming documents together with accompanying documents, bibliographic description of newly received literature, and registration in inventory book • Providing services to readers, organizing information days and book exhibitions
